That’s right! The Clarkson Family Foundation and Black Hills Roundup are happy to announce that the Area’s Largest Fireworks Show just got a bit bigger! Enjoy fireworks from your front row seat in the grandstand after the rodeo on July 2nd and July 3rd! Once again, pyrotechnic engineering and production is provided by Fritz Carlson of Belle Fourche

It’s always spectacular, patriotic and a fan favorite. The Black Hills Roundup fireworks display is renowned as the largest fireworks display in the Black Hills region. We are always working to make it the largest fireworks display in the state of South Dakota!

The Black Hills Roundup fireworks display is unique because it’s right in front of the Roundup rodeo arena grandstands following the evening rodeo – but it’s also visible from dozens of vantage points throughout the community. Donations always are accepted.

🚨 Fireworks Safety Notice 🚨
Due to the construction of a new building at the ballfield, the fireworks shoot site has been slightly relocated, which also shifted the legal safety zone. As a result, the walking path shortcut to the rodeo will be closed from 8:30 PM until after the show on July 2nd and 3rd.
Additionally, the rest of the walking path at the Roundup Grounds will be completely closed from 10 AM on July 2nd through the conclusion of the show on July 3rd.
