BLACK HILLS ROUNDUP RELEASE AND WAIVER

I, ____________________________ (NAME), wish to enter the RANCH RODEO. I understand that horses, rough stock, and livestock involved in this competition are animals, which may act unpredictably and are capable of injuring me or my child.

I also understand that other people will be participating in the contest at the same time as me or my child and that they may also cause injury. The nature of this contest may expose me or my child to injury from animals, other participants, or unexpected causes.

I understand that I will not be permitted to participate unless this Release and Waiver is signed by me, and by my parent or legal guardian if I am under the age of 18.

I agree to conduct myself in a safe manner. I will be responsible for any injury I cause to livestock and will pay for treatment or the cost of the animal in the case of injury or death.

On behalf of myself and/or child, I hereby release Black Hills Roundup, the Board of Directors, and their employees, agents, and insurers from liability for any and all damages or injuries resulting from participation. I waive any claim and agree not to hold them liable.
